Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account.

2. The Service

FutureYou AI provides goal-setting, journaling, motivational, reflection, progress-tracking, and AI-generated features. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated messages, stories, insights, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or extract data without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before renewal. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, designs, software, and materials provided by us belong to Rithe Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or violations of these terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular personal outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rithe Group LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
