1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we may collect your email address, account credentials, and internal user identifiers. Passwords are intended to be stored in protected form by our authentication provider.
Content you provide
We may collect goals, journal entries, reflections, wins, preferences, messages, and other information you submit through the app.
Technical and usage information
We may collect feature interactions, device type, operating system, app version, timestamps, diagnostics, crash logs, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
Purchase information
Apple processes App Store purchases. We may receive subscription status, product, renewal, and entitlement information, but not your full payment-card details.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve FutureYou AI.
- Generate personalized messages, stories, reflections, and insights.
- Authenticate accounts and provide customer support.
- Manage subscription access and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and secure the service.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. AI Processing
Information you submit may be processed by artificial intelligence and cloud-service providers to generate app content. Do not submit information you do not want processed for this purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with providers supporting authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, subscriptions, and AI functionality. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, and keep required business records.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us. You may initiate account deletion inside the app. Some information may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping. 7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
FutureYou AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version and change the effective date.
